Polyolefin Shrink films come
in a wide range of
specifications to enable
smooth running on your
equipment. Please read below
for a film that would best
suit your application.
ZDF01 – With
excellent clarity, Z1 is a
strong, biaxially
orientated, heat shrinkable
polyolefin film. The film
maintains a balanced and
stable shrink thru the heat
tunnel. It is a soft
flexible material which is
suited to both Semi
Automatic and Fully
Automatic shrink lines.
ZDF03 – Cross Linked
Polyolefin Shrink Film.
ZDF03 offers excellent
shrinkage and strong durable
seals. The material offers a
wide sealing temperature
range which enables it to
assist the user during
sealing and also reduces the
necessity for repacking due
to poor seal quality.
ZDF04 – Cross Linked
Polyolefin Shrink Film
(Anti-fog) . The Z4 material
has all the advantages of
the Z3 material however
contains an Anti Fog formula
to enable the packaging of
moist food products that
would cause the standard
type films to condensate.
ZDF06 – This material
is a Cross Linked high
performance shrink film, the
fill offers a softer shrink
process however shrinks at a
lower temperature than other
materials and allows the
customer to wrap irregular
products with out leaving
unsightly dog ears.
POLYETHYLENE
