HIGH SPEED AUTOMATIC SHRINK WRAPPING EQUIPMENT
DFC Packaging has a range of high speed shrink wrapping equipment. These units incorporate a continuous blade type side sealing system which allows for higher speed film sealing, dependent on whether it is intermittent (LB Series) or constant product flow machines (T Series), these are used to achieve high production speeds where required.
LB SERIES
Automatic Side Sealer with fixed cross seal head motion, this unit is perfect for medium to high speed applications. The servo driven sealing motion makes sure that the sealing action is constant. This machine is highly flexible and quick changeovers can be achieved by use of the touch screen controls

T-SERIES
DFC Packaging have a range of heat shrink tunnels suitable for many applications and product sizes.
The units are fully recirculating and offer 3 different heat zones for controlled shrinking of your product.

T SERIES SHRINK TUNNEL
The range of T series heat shrink tunnels offer a variety of different set ups. They are available with live or dead roller conveyors or teflon mesh belt depending on your product requirement. They can be fitted with a liftable tunnel chamber to allow for easy access for cleaning when used in food environments and all units offer a fully adjustable air flow to all sides of your product. The air flow within these tunnels is second to none and therefore can maintain the higher speeds when used in conjunction with one of our higher speed sealing units.
