Our Films divison have a flexible range of packaging film and products to fulfil your packaging requirements.
POLYOLEFIN - FZ1
General purpose FZ1 has excellent clarity with extra strength and magnificent shrink qualities.
In summary, it has the ability to travel through a heat tunnel and contain its balance and shrinkage. For this reason, its soft and flexible consistency, suits both semi and fully automatic shrink processes.
CROSS LINKED - ZF4 AND FZ6
We also supply cross linked polyolefin shrink films in the form of our ZF4 and ZF6 materials.
FZ4 is a cross-linked film that includes anti-fog properties.
Furthermore, making it perfect to wrap food products with high moisture such as fruit, vegetables and meat.
Lastly, the ZF6 is a high-performance cross-linked shrink that offers a softer shrink process at a lower temperature. Given that it has a slower shrinkage
PVC SHRINK FILM
PVC shrink film, meets food contact standards and has exceptionally good shrink force. To emphasise, its end result is extremely glossy and very clear in appearance.
To clarify, it comes in a range of several gauges and multitude widths.
BOPP - BIAXIALLY ORIENTATED POLYPROPYLENE
BOPP is made locally and internationally. In addition, we hold stock in mil size rolls in varying gauges from 20, 25, 30, 35, 40 and 50um. Our experts can also assist with anti-fog BOPP in 30 to 35 um.
Our Facilities include a large in-house slitting and converting area. Where we can slit, perforate and centre fold to suit specific customer requirements. Slitting takes up to 3-7 days from placement of order.
Furthermore, we can also facilitate local printing up to 8 colour flexographic print and up to 12 Colours in our overseas facilities.
Most of the film we supply into the Australian market is mostly for Vertical Form Film and Horizontal Form Fill Seal Machines. Most users are in the food processing field e.g. confectionary, bakery, breads and other snack foods.
LAMINATED FILM
As part of wide film offerings we can also supply a wide variety of laminated structures.
We can take different base films and laminate them together to offer Shelf Life, Seal strength and tensile strength. Our lamination process consists of trap printing which allows for the film to be in contact with food.
LIDDING FILM
Lidding films are produced as co-extruded materials and laminates where printing is required.
Our range of lidding films will adhere to Pet, PP, Aluminium Smooth wall and Coated trays that are currently used in the Australian Food Industry.
In addition, we can supply material that are hard peel, easy peel and lock peel material and materials that are anti fog which is a general requirement when producing ready meals.

POUCHES
Due to high demand, we now supply various types of pouches to fit most consumer requirements. These include:

- Pouches with hand holes for display
- Liquid substance pouches
- Dry food, powders and cream pouches
- Various substrate to enhance the shelf life of products.
We also have the ability to produce different shaped pouches with gravure printing of up to 12 colours.
