Our Sleeves Divison

DFC Packaging’s NSV series of High Speed Shrink Sleeve application machinery has been developed to meet the stringent standards of many high-end users.

Our units are capable of presenting roll fed shrink sleeves, cut to the correct length for square, round and irregular shaped containers.

The unit can run plain and printed sleeving materials in full body or tamper evident type formats.

The changeover from product to product is quite simple as 5 sets of parameters can be stored in the PLC with minor operator adjustment being made for the height and width of the product.

DFC Packaging can supply a wide range of shrink tunnels to suit various
applications be it steam based or blown air. The design and size of the tunnel is
imperative to achieve a first-class finish on your glass or plastic container.
