Pouch sealing machines deliver an automated packaging solution to your production line. Our units are capable of running most pre-made pouches. They can also run in conjunction with a vertical system or liquid filling unit. Additionally, these units can run up to 40bpm.

Features:

  • Easy to operate advanced PLC, with touch screen and electric control system.
  • You can adjust the speed and also the range to meet your needs of production – product dependent.
  • Automatic checking: no pouch or pouch open error, no fill, no seal. The bag is reusable to avoid wasting packing materials and raw materials.
  • Safety device: Machine stop at abnormal air pressure, heater disconnection alarm.
  • Horizontal conveyor style. For more bag storage on magazine in-feed.
  • The width of the bags adjustable by means of electrical motor. You can adjust the width of jaws, thus making it easy to operate, and saves time changing sizes if required.
  • No oil vacuum pump, thus, avoid polluting the environment in the production area.
  • Air blower to blow open the bag all the way to avoid material overflow.
  • Can contain stainless steel parts which guarantee hygiene and security of the food.
  • Optional: With different feeders you can pack solids, liquid, or powder.
